The Stephenson County Historical Society is looking for volunteers to help maintain the museum gardens. The museum is located on a 3-acre arboretum and includes many gardens. The Taylor gardeners group meets every Wednesday morning (weather permitting), but working other times to fit your schedule is available also. Tasks include weeding, caring for plants, trimming shrubs, raking etc. Help is needed throughout the growing season, until the fall leaves are cleaned up and the snow begins to fly! We can find a job for anyone interested in helping!
