CHECK EMAIL FOR INSTRUCTIONS OR INFORMATION AND THE START OF SHIFT 10. LEAVE MESSAGES AND/OR PASS ON IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NEXT RECEPTIONIST 11. SIGN FOR DELIVERIES 12. TAKE MAIL WHEN DELIVERED TO THE DESIGNATED STAFF PERSON COMMITMENT: 4 HOUR SHIFTS AS AVAILABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Use of BASIC EMAIL 2. ABILITY TO HEAR IN PERSON AND ON TELEPHONE 3. Cheerful response to a busy environment DESIRE TO LEARN HOW TO USE A MUTLI-EXTENSION PHONEROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES PURPOSE: TO SEE THAT THE ROLLING STONE NEWSPAPER IS READY FOR DISTRIBUTION EACH MONTH DUTIES: 1. MEET WITH STAFF TO PLAN FOR CONTENT 2. GATHER CONTENT FROM STAFF AND VOLUNTEER CONTRIBUTORS 3. EDIT CONTENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH STAFF 4. FORWARD CONTENT TO SHOPPING NEWS FOR LAYOUT BY DUE DATE AND FACILITATE THE COMMUNICATION
